This week the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) lifted a stop-work order on tree cutting and grass mowing along the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion project route – two months earlier than what they had decided previously. Trans Mountain now has approval from the Federal government to continue cutting over 1300 Burnaby trees to make way for the TMX pipeline.

However, resistance to this disaster pipeline project is growing! Climate Convergence banner drops and other actions organized by people across BC show that there is strong opposition to TMX and their trampling of Indigenous rights and complete disregard for Mother Earth!

Join us at this banner drop to continue mobilizing opposition to this dirty tar-sands pipeline as we unite and say, “Now in the time! The KXL Pipeline is Dead, TMX You’re Next!’
